Slow Horses

Spies who have made a mess of their careers are relegated to Slough House, a dumping ground for agents who have screwed up. Under the command of Jackson Lamb, these 'slow horses' are condemned to a life of pushing paper as punishment for various failures and misdemeanours. Despite their current predicament, these highly trained individuals yearn to return to active service. When a young man is kidnapped and threatened with a live-broadcast beheading, the slow horses refuse to remain on the sidelines. They must prove their worth and prevent a public execution that would send shockwaves around the world.
